Capenberg Oxaco-Center VZW is a non-profit organization that provides service flats for seniors in Boechout, BE. The non-profit company is based in Boechout, Belgium. Currently, there are 34 service flats available in three different types based on size and number of bedrooms. All types have the same basic amenities and equipment, including an entrance hall, storage room, living room with an open kitchen, bathroom with a walk-in shower, terrace, and a bedroom with the possibility of TV and internet connection. The flats are rented out with optional services such as a hairdresser, pedicure and manicure, pharmacy service, warm meals, and a shopping service. The organization also offers various activities, including kleinkunst. The organization was founded in 1971 by the graduates of Xaverius College of Borgerhout, the Inrichtende Macht of the College, the Paters Jezuïeten, and the sports clubs around OXACO.
