The current entity represents the combined asset management activities of Compagnie 1818 Banquiers Privés SA and Banque Privée Saint Dominique SA, merged in 2009. Based in Paris, 11818 Gestion manages assets on behalf of Banque Privée 1818, as well as a range of mutual funds (SICAVs and FCPs) and discretionary accounts for institutional investors and private individuals.

Martin Maurel Gestion SA (MMG) is the portfolio management subsidiary of Banque Martin Maurel SA, itself a subsidiary of Compagnie Financière Martin Maurel in France. Headquartered in Marseille, the firm was established in 1997 and manages discretionary portfolios for the bank's clients and mutual funds (FCPs and SICAVs) for private individuals and institutional clients including family offices, foundations and high-net worth individuals.

Martin Maurel Gestion Institutionnelle SA (MMGI) is the wholly-owned fund management arm of Martin Maurel Gestion SA, ultimately owned by Compagnie Financière Martin Maurel. Based in Paris, the firm was established in 2002 to manage institutional mandates and UCITS which were previously managed by Martin Maurel Gestion. In 2009, they acquired portfolio management firm FINADOU (Financière de l'Adou). MMGI benefits from the organization and logistics of the Martin Maurel Group for all management support functions.
