Mr. Goldsworthy has experience in the software industry as a developer, executive, entrepreneur, and early-stage investor.
During that time, he has been responsible for the strategy, positioning, architecture, design and development of several major commercial software product families in the areas of Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, and Database Management Systems.
He is an investor in and active advisor to several early-stage software companies.
Mr. Goldsworthy was Founder, Chairman, CEO and CTO of Vantive Corporation, pioneering the Customer Relationship Management market.
Vantive was acquired by PeopleSoft in October, 1998.
Prior to founding Vantive, Mr. Goldsworthy was Vice President of Product Development at Informix.
He was among the first employees of Informix and led the product development organization through the company's IPO and multiple acquisitions.
He also spent 10 years at Hewlett-Packard.
Mr. Goldsworthy has a BA and MA in Mathematics from UCLA.
