LBBW Asset Management Investmentgesellschaft mbH (LBBW Asset Management) is the wholly-owned investment management subsidiary of State-owned regional bank Landesbank Baden-Württemberg in Germany. The firm was founded in 2009 when LBBW Asset Management GmbH merged with fellow subsidiary Baden-Württembergische Investment GmbH. Headquartered in Stuttgart, LBBW Asset Management manages, administers and distributes mutual funds, institutional funds and funds of funds for institutional and retail clients. Established in 1999, the firm is based in Munich and manages assets, investing in securities, real estate and funds for a range of clients including insurance companies, pension funds and pension schemes, church organizations, foundations, local authorities, industrial companies from outside their company group and private investors.
