(SBIFM) is an independent India-based mutual fund management firm which was founded in 1992 as a joint venture between State Bank of India (63%) and Societe Generale SA (37%) in France. In 2009, Societe Generale and Credit Agricole SA merged their global asset management businesses, and in 2011, Amundi SA (owned 75% by Credit Agricole and 25% by Societe Generale) acquired Societe Generale's stake. Headquartered in Mumbai, SBIFM actively manages investor's assets not only through their investment expertise in domestic mutual funds, but also through offshore funds and portfolio management advisory services. UTI Asset Management Co. Ltd. (Investment Management) (UTI-IM) is the investment management division of UTI Asset Management Co. Ltd. (NSE: UTIAMC) in India. Headquartered in Mumbai, the firm was founded in 2002 as the asset manager of the UTI Mutual Fund and acts as manager and marketer to offshore funds through their wholly owned Guernsey-registered subsidiary, UTI International Ltd. UTI-IM manages money-market funds, fixed-income funds, asset allocation funds, index funds, equity funds and balanced funds.

L&T Investment Management Ltd. (L&T IM) is an investment management firm headquartered in Mumbai, India. The firm was founded in 1996 as DBS Cholamandalam Asset Management Ltd. They were acquired by L&T Finance in 2010 and renamed L&T Investment Management Ltd. In 2022, HSBC Asset Management (India) Pvt Ltd., a subsidiary of HSBC Holdings Plc (LON: HSBA), acquired the firm. L&T IM manages the L&T Mutual Fund schemes for individual and institutional investors.
