Hart is a Managing Director at Cypress Capital Group, Inc. Mr. Hart began his career as a Trust Officer with the former Exchange National Bank of Polk County in 1975.
Prior to joining Cypress Capital in 2008, he was with SunTrust for twenty years, serving as Executive Vice President in charge of the Trust and Investment Services group for the mid-Florida region.
He previously served as Executive Vice President of Citrus and Chemical Bank, responsible for the company's investment management and trust services.
He also served as Program Manager for Citrus and Chemical Financial Services.
Mr. Hart is a graduate of both Florida Trust School and National Graduate Trust School.
Active in his community, he currently serves as a Board member of the Polk Museum of Art and as a Board member of the Community Foundation of Greater Lakeland.
