Mr. Robert D.
Nestor, CFA MBA, is a President at Rafferty Asset Management LLC.

Prior to joining Rafferty, Mr. Nestor served as Managing Director and Head of iShares US Smart Beta ETFs, driving commercial strategy in this area.
Prior to this role, he was Head of iShares Product Strategy for BlackRock's U.S.
Wealth Advisory business.
Before joining BlackRock in 2007, Mr. Nestor spent 16 years at The Vanguard Group working in a variety of product and business development roles in both the retail and institutional divisions.
Mr. Nestor holds an M.B.A.
from Drexel University in Finance - Investment Management and B.S.
in Economics from the University of Delaware.
He is also a member of the Financial Analysts of Philadelphia and the CFA Institute.
