Prior to joining Activa Capital he was a Director of Paribas Affaires Industrielles (“PAI”) where he worked on a number of significant LBOs in France including a major Public-to-Private transaction.
Philippe Latorre has specific and specialised knowledge of the capital goods industry segment.
Before joining PAI in 1992, he was in corporate banking with Paribas in Paris and Madrid.
Philippe Latorre is a graduate of HEC (Hautes Etudes Commerciales) and the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (IEP).
