Pauline Chrystal

Ms. Pauline Chrystal, CFA, is a Portfolio & ESG Manager at Kapstream Capital Pty Ltd.
She is responsible for credit analysis and portfolio management.
Additionally she is responsible for leading ESG policy integration and research.
Prior to joining Kapstream, Ms. Chrystal served for two years as a Senior Credit Analyst at Scotiabank’s treasury team in Singapore, with responsibility for managing their fixed-income portfolio.
At Scotiabank, she conducted in-depth analysis on credit opportunities in both Australia and Asia and across numerous sectors.
Prior to Scotiabank, she worked at Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong and Exane, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas in Singapore, as a Convertible Bonds Analyst.
She conducted fundamental and technical analysis on Asian convertible bonds for the trading desk, covering high yield and investment grade.
She began her finance career in 2006 as an Equity Derivative and Structured Product Salesperson for Exane, covering private banking clients and asset managers.
She holds a Master of Science in Management degree from HEC Paris and is a CFA charter holder.
