Paula G. Semelmacher

Paula G.
Semelmacher is the Chief Financial Officer of Goode and is a Certified Public Accountant.
She received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management and a Masters of Business Administration in Taxation from New York University Stern School of Business.
Ms. Semelmacher started her career working for Marks Paneth and Shron, LLP.
During her time at Marks Paneth and Shron she was Senior Audit Manager and worked on engagements in the retail and financial services sectors.
Ms. Semelmacher then moved on to spend twelve years as Vice President – Finance for Galen Partners, a private equity firm with approximately $1 billion under management that specializes in the healthcare industry.
Ms. Semelmacher left Galen in June 2007 to join Goode.
