Patricia Kelly

Patricia Kelly has been Chief Financial Officer of Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp.
since November 2007.
Prior to joining Pension Benefit Guaranty, she was Chief Financial Officer of the Natural Resources Conservation Service of the U.S.
Depaartment of Agriculture.
Ms. Kelly was Chief Financial Officer and Budget Officer of Federal Crop Insurance Corp.
and Assistant Division Chief of the Bureau of the Census.
Ms. Kelly received a BA degree and an MA degree from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from American University.
