Prior to joining RBC Global Asset Management in 1999, Mr. Harris was employed by Ramsey County, Minnesota as an aide to two county commissioners.
He has extensive experience working with public entities and non-profit organizations, and he is an active member of the Government Finance Officers Association, the Minnesota Clerks and Finance Officers Association, and a variety of other financial associations.
He is also a City Council Member in the City of St. Paul, Minnesota, where he is active in numerous public organizations and committees.
He has worked in the financial services industry since 1999.
Mr. Harris earned a BA from Marquette University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
