He joined Private Equity Partners from UBS Asset Management where he conducted buy-side institutional research.
He began his professional career as a member of Smith Barney’s Consumer Products sell-side equity research team.
Mr. Scherer graduated from Bucknell University with a BS in Accounting and was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation by CFA Institute in 1998.
