Mr. Michael J.
Pelletier is an Associate at Paladin Realty Partners LLC.
Prior to joining Paladin Realty in 2009, He was a Project Manager for Catellus Development Group, a ProLogis Company, where he managed the design and construction of infrastructure on the 300-acre Mission Bay project in San Francisco and the 100-acre Alameda Landing project in Alameda, both brown-field public-private partnerships.
Mr. Pelletier began his career as a Project Controls Engineer for Bechtel Corporation, a leading international engineering, construction, and project management firm, where he was a member of the management team on a U.S.
Army base closure program.
Mr. Pelletier graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering, and from The UCLA Anderson School of Management with a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
He is a registered Professional Civil Engineer and a LEED Accredited Professional
