Mr. Michael Diaz is Chief Operating Officer and Deputy CEO at Inrate AG.
Prior to this, he was the CEO of the Zurich-based Inrate for one year.
From 2004 to 2006, he worked as a sustainability analyst at Inrate where, from 2007 to 2008, he headed the entire research team.
Before that, he managed the economic research team at Care Group and set up the portfolio management for the first sustainable Swiss umbrella fund.
From 1999 to 2002, he held several positions within Credit Suisse where he helped implement Credit Suisse Group’s Code of Conduct.
He holds a masters degree in economics from the University of Zurich with specialisation in management, business ethics, organisation and marketing.
Besides this, he holds a certificate of advanced studies in applied ethics.
He is a member of the German Network for Business Ethics, the European Business Ethics Networks as well as Care Group’s investment advisory panel.
