Mr. Oemcke offers practical business/securities industry experience from over two decades in financial services and public accounting.
Mr. Oemcke has been Chief Executive of a technology development company, Chief Administrative Officer of the largest independent broker/dealer and registered investment advisor in the country, and Chief Financial Officer of a local commercial bank and trust company.
Mr. Oemcke has served numerous clients in San Diego and in Zurich, Switzerland, as a certified public accountant (CPA) with Price Waterhouse.
He earned his CPA license in 1984 and his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, with an emphasis in Accountancy, from the University of San Diego in 1982.
Born and raised in San Diego, Mr. Oemcke is a graduate of Francis Parker School and an Eagle Scout.
He rowed competitively for over a decade, including at the Royal Henley Regatta in England.
