Cochran, aged 35 years, has been the executive vice president, finance of the Company since October 2003.
In August 2002 he was named senior vice president, financial planning and analysis, of the Company.
He had been serving as senior vice president, financial planning, of Comdisco, Inc. since March 2002.
He joined Comdisco, Inc. in September 1999 as vice president of finance for Comdisco Healthcare Group.
Prior to working for Comdisco, Inc., he worked in public accounting from 1991 to 1999, most recently for KPMG from 1994 to 1999 where he served in various positions, including senior manager from 1997 to 1999.
