Rolston, CPA, is Chief Financial Officer at Divine Capital Markets LLC.

Mr. Rolston also served in senior financial and audit positions at Covanta Energy, Co., TVR Communications, Inc., JPMorgan Chase and The National Foundation - March of Dimes.
Mr. Rolston is a Certified Public Accountant, registered in New York and received a B.S.
in accounting from Manhattan College in 1975.
He holds the Series 27 and 63 securities licenses.
