Principal Management Corp. (PMC) is a registered investment advisor located in Des Moines, Iowa. Principal Financial Services, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Principal Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: PFG), is a 100% stockowner of PMC. The firm primarily serves as the administrator and manager-of-managers on behalf of Principal Funds, organized by Principal Life Insurance Co.
