Jed Freifeld

Mr. Freifeld has been involved with Boldcap Ventures since 2001.
He has many years of experience specializing in launching, operating, advising, and investing in early stage companies.
Industries of focus have included technology (software, Internet), consumer goods, and life sciences.
He has been involved with Boldcap Ventures since 2001, and currently co-manages the investment activities of the fund.
He also serves as the managing member of the New York City-based advisory and investment firm, Iron Street Partners, LLC, formerly known as Iron Street Labs, LLC.
Co-founded by Mr. Freifeld in 1999, Iron Street provides advisory services to develop or drive new ventures and/or capital to seed and early stage ventures.
At Iron Street, he has been instrumental in the launch of The Meow Mix Company and Boldcap Ventures and has worked with or invested in numerous other companies including Aquea Scientific, Capital IQ, Freshpet, and Visible Productions.
Prior to Iron Street, he founded and operated businesses in sectors including real estate and consumer products.
