James F. Phelan

James F.
Phelan joined The H.W.
Wilson Co. in December, 1989 and currently serves as Controller and a Director.
He is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Phelan served as a Director of Bronx Overall Economic Development Corp.
and All Hallows High School.
He became a Vice President of The H.W.
Wilson in 1996.
Mr. Phelan received a BBA degree as well as an MS degree in Accounting from The University of Massachusetts.
He is a Certified Public Accountant.
