(ING REIM UK) is the UK-based investment management subsidiary of ING Real Estate Investment Ltd., ultimately owned by ING Groep NV (XA: INGA) in the Netherlands. The firm was established in 1980 and became part of the ING Group in 1995. They manage the ING UK Real Estate Income Trust Ltd., a closed-ended, Guernsey registered, investment company domiciled in Guernsey and listed on the London and Channel Islands Stock Exchanges.
