The firm was founded in 2006 and is a subsidiary of Patria Investments Ltd., which is owned by Patria Holdings Ltd. in Cayman Islands. They provide brokerage services to various clients. MCB is a signatory to the United Nations Principles of Responsible Investing (UNPRI).
