Greg Rowan

Mr. Gregory L.
Rowan is a Managing Director at BLX Group LLC.
He joined BLX in 2002 and is currently a Managing Director in the Dallas office responsible for overseeing the arbitrage rebate practice.
He is engaged in the review of arbitrage rebate analyses, training new consultants, workflow coordination, special project development and managing client relations.
He has been involved in the production and review of over 12,000 arbitrage rebate reports, and is responsible for the technical review of rebate reports for many of our client’s most complicated tax-exempt financings.
Mr. Rowan is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a BA degree in Finance.
