Elliot M. Alchek

Mr. Alchek joined DKR in 2002.
Prior to that, he was with Goldman Sachs in New York and Chicago from 1983 through 2002.
During that time, Mr. Alchek held several supervisory and executive capacities, including Managing Director and department head.
His responsibilities at Goldman Sachs included leading equity distribution for the CDO group globally, co-heading Structured Finance while leading its utility securization effort, and leading sales of Municipal Bonds nationally.
From 1980 to 1982, he worked as a Corporate Lending Officer at Chase Manhattan Bank, and from 1978 to 1979, he worked at Chemical Bank as a Trainee and Credit Analyst.
Mr. Alchek received his B.S.
in Economics from The Wharton School, The University of Pennsylvania in 1978 and M.B.A.
with Honors, from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business in 1984.
