Bellefaire Jewish Childrens Bureau helps over 30,000 young people and their families annually to achieve resilience, dignity, and self-sufficiency through its 25+ programs. The non-profit company is based in Cleveland, OH. The organization provides 24/7 treatment for youth and adolescents with various mental health, attachment, and/or substance abuse issues, as well as those who exhibit self-injurious and aggressive behaviors and/or have moderate to severe autism. Two one-on-one mentoring programs help young people become self-sufficient, healthy, and productive individuals. Level Up is an outreach initiative geared towards young people aged 16-25, and is part of the Healthy Transitions Project, a partner program between the state and local agencies to improve access to mental health treatment and support services.
