He is also the Chief Executive Officer & Director of Dalian Innomind Environment Engineering Co., Ltd., where he has been working since 2007.
Mr. Zou's former positions include being the Chief Executive Officer of Jade Mountain Corp., the Chief Executive Officer of Dalian Yingkun Energy & Environmental Engineering Ltd.
from 1996 to 2003, the President & Chief Executive Officer of RINO International Corp.
in 2009, and the Vice President of Yingkou Special Valve Manufacturing Co. from 1993 to 1996.
Mr. Zou's education history includes completing his undergraduate degree at Liaoning University.
