David W. Dewey

Mr. David W.
Dewey is Director of Asset Management at Morrison Street Capital LLC.
He is on the Board of Directors at The Urban Land Institute.
Prior to joining Morrison Street Capital, Mr. Dewey was a Principal at Pension Consulting Alliance, where he provided real estate investment consulting services to PCA clients.
These duties included: client relations, strategic planning, portfolio reviews, investment advisor and product due diligence and selection, manager searches, and topical real estate research.
During his tenure at PCA, he was involved in due diligence efforts on more than $4.8 billion of real estate investments on behalf of many of PCA clients such as CalSTRS, CalPERS, OPERF and others.
Mr. Dewey is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
He earned his M.B.A.
with an emphasis in finance from the University of Oregon's Lundquist College of Business and a B.S.
in Business Management from Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Management.
