David N. Pringle

Mr. David N.
Pringle is Chief Executive Officer at Fells Point Research.
Mr. Pringle formed Fells Point Research in September 2006.
Prior to that, he had joined Hoefer & Arnett in August 2005 as a Research Analyst.
He has more than 25 years of Wall Street experience on both the sell side and the buy side.
He began his sell side career at Kidder Peabody and also spent time at Furman Selz, Lazard Frères, and most recently Fulcrum Global Partners.
For the majority of his career on the sell side, Mr. Pringle has focused on covering financial institutions.
He also spent several years on the buyside at First Manhattan.
Mr. Pringle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master's degree from the Harvard University School of Business Administration.
He is a member of the BancAnalysts Association of Boston, Inc.
