Dr. Wacksman has several years of experience in healthcare law.
He has been sought out and retained by some of the largest health care firms in the industry.
His vast experience touches on every aspect of a health care provider's operations, including: acquisitions, divestitures, financing, third-party and governmental reimbursement, fraud and abuse, state licensing requirements, employment, litigation and various other commercial and corporate issues.
Dr. Wacksman received a Doctorate in Jurisprudence in 1990 from Brooklyn Law School.
He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the United States Supreme Court.
