David Levy

Prior to joining Pembroke, Mr. Levy was President of Milestone Investment Research, Inc., a privately-held real estate consulting and technology firm that specialized in global risk management and investment performance.
He also served as Director of Research for Boston-based Liberty Real Estate Group, Inc., where he helped guide the company’s real estate investment strategies.
During his tenure at Liberty, he advised on the strategic selection of markets, property types, and specific investments for acquisition and disposition.
He has also held positions with Norman Benedict Associates and Laventhol & Horwath’s real estate advisory group.
Mr. Levy holds a bachelors degree in Environmental Geography from Middlebury College and a master of arts degree in Real Estate and Urban Analysis from the University of Florida.
He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Boston Security Analysts Society, the CFA Institute where he has been awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and the Appraisal Institute where he earned the MAI designation.
