Dan R. Mills

Mr. Mills has several years of process-engineering and manufacturing experience including: seven years as a Group Manufacturing Manager with a multi-plant responsibility for a major refractories producer with annual sales of $25-$43 million; five years as a Plant Manager for a refractories plant with annual sales of $15 million; and four years as a Process Engineer in refractories and advanced manufacturing plants.
Mr. Mills offers a wealth of industry experience, along with a business education.
He earned a bachelor's of science in Ceramic Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Master's of Business Administration from The College of William & Mary.
He also has taken numerous courses throughout his career on topics such as: technology transfer processes, statistical process control, marketing management, executive effectiveness, kiln burning, total quality management, problem/decision analysis, finance and accounting.
