Brian K. Conklin

Prior to joining PRP in 2005 and attending business school in 2003, Mr. Conklin was a financial analyst for three years in the CMBS origination group at Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York, where he structured and underwrote fixed and floating rate loans for securitization.
He was also responsible for the hedging and risk management of a $1 billion inventory of commercial whole loans.
Mr. Conklin earned his M.B.A.
from the Robert Emmett McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and his B.S.
in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.
He is an active member of ULI.
