Prior to joining Cougar Global, Mr. Hounsell gained over thirty years’ experience as a hands-on trust, securities, and systems specialist.
Mr. Hounsell began his career in 1966 at Canada Permanent Mortgage Corporation where he rose to the position of Assistant Vice President, System Development.
He then joined Montreal Trust where he was Assistant Vice President, Pension and Investment Fund Services until Scotia Bank acquired Montreal Trust in 1995.
Immediately prior to joining Cougar Global, Mr. Hounsell was Director, Member Services, at the Canadian Derivatives Clearing Corporation.
