Adam Peter

Prior to joining Yorkville, Mr. Peter created complex financial models and analyzed microcap companies for a Los Angeles investment banking firm.
He earned a JD from the Pepperdine University School of Law and an MBA from Pepperdine’s Graziadio School of Business where he specialized in securities law and finance.
While attending Pepperdine he interned at the Enforcement Division of the SEC and FINRA (formerly NASD) where he analyzed potential securities law violations.
Prior to grad school Mr. Peter earned a B.S.
in Business Finance and a B.A.
in Political Science from the University of Northern Colorado and its Monfort College of Business.
While attending the University of Northern Colorado Adam was named Departmental Fellow by the Business Finance Faculty and interned with U.S.
Senator Wayne Allard’s office.
He is an active member of many financial organizations and Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business’ Alumni Association.
