Gilman Hill Asset Management LLC (GHAM) is an independent, SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in New Canaan, Connecticut. The firm was founded by Whitney Merrill in 1999. GHAM provides investment advisory services to individuals, trusts, estates, endowments, foundations, charitable organizations, pensions, profit sharing plans, corporations, investment companies, other business entities, and governments and their agencies. They also provide portfolio management services to wrap fee programs on a dual contract basis.

Rothschild & Co. Asset Management US, Inc. (R&Co) is an asset management firm headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut. The firm was founded in 1962 and formerly known as Rothschild Asset Management, Inc. They are a wholly-owned subsidiary of Great Lakes Advisors LLC and their ultimate parent is Wintrust Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: WTFC). R&Co provides investment advisory and sub-advisory services on a discretionary basis to a broad range of clients. They also provide non-discretionary investment advice to various wrap model delivery managed account programs.

On April 12, 1853, the New York State legislature passed a bill chartering the United States Trust Co. of New York with the mission of serving as manager, executor and trustee of personal and corporate funds. They opened for business in New York City in August of that year. US Trust has divisions in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Florida, Texas, Oregon, California, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The firm also owns Campbell Cowperthwait, which manages growth-oriented portfolios for U.S. Trust's institutional clients.
