STEVE TOKIC

Mr. Tokic is an Executive Director of Phoenix’s Investment Team based in Sydney and joined the team in 2021.
He has over 21 years’ experience in providing property finance solutions to investors and developers and has worked in both bank and non-bank environments.
Prior to joining Phoenix, Mr. Tokic was a Director at ANZ Bank in their Institutional Property Group, where he spent 11 years and led a team who focused on providing investment and development funding to private property groups, which included lending to all sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, land subdivisions and hotels.
Under his leadership, he was responsible for a loan book at around US$5 billion.
He forms strong relationships with all stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
Mr. Tokic holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in Finance from Macquarie University.
