He was also a Director at Edison Electric Institute, Inc., Unitil Power Corp., and President & Director at Unitil Energy Systems, Inc. Moreover, he held the position of President & Chief Operating Officer at New York Power Authority from 1985 to 1997.
Mr. Schoenberger completed his undergraduate degree at LaSalle University and his graduate degree at the University of Delaware.
