Rob Noe

Mr. Robert J.
Noe, CFA, is a Managing Director at Wilshire Advisors LLC.
He is the head of firm’s manager research group.
He has more than 19 years of industry experience.
He chairs the firm’s Manager Research Oversight Committee, is a voting member of Wilshire Funds Management’s Investment Committee, and leads the overall team responsible for the due diligence, rating, and recommendation of investment managers.
His research efforts are focused on global and emerging market equity.
Prior to joining Wilshire Associates in 2011, Mr. Noe worked as an investment analyst and consultant with Aon Hewitt and EnnisKnupp.
At Aon Hewitt, he was a senior member of the Investment Manager Research Group, with a focus on global and international equity managers.
He began his career in the public pension plan space as an analyst with the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund and the Illinois Teachers’ Retirement System.
Mr. Noe earned his BS in business finance from Eastern Illinois University, with a minor in economics.
He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
