Minru Yao

Minru Yao worked as a Senior Internal Auditor at Amway (China) Co., Ltd. from 2002 to 2005.
From 2012 to 2016, she worked as the Director of the Internal Control Department at JOYY, Inc. She then worked as an Independent Non-Executive Director at FingerTango, Inc. from 2018 to 2021.
Ms. Yao received her undergraduate degree from Sun Yat-Sen University in 2006 and her graduate degree from Suffolk University in 2007.
