Jeff Lanes

Jeff Lanes joined Instar in 2023, where he leads the origination and execution of investment opportunities, specializing in healthcare.
Prior to joining Instar, Jeff worked on the private equity team at GIC, where he completed more than 10 platform investments in the healthcare and technology sectors during his six-year tenure.
Previously, Jeff worked at Castle Harlan, a middle-market private equity firm.
He began his career at Moelis & Company, where he focused on M&A and restructuring.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics, summa cum laude, from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
