Harry A. Schult

Harry A. Schult has been a Director of NMT Medical, Inc. since May 2002 and Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management for Tele Atlas N.V.
since August 2005.
He is a Director of Kenney Manufacturing Co. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Watch Hill Partners, Inc. from September 2001 to December 2004 and Vice President of Corporate Development for Mirus Information Technology Services, Inc. from October 1999 to August 2001.
From 1992 to 1999, Mr. Schult performed independent consultant services for various companies, including acting as a part-time Chief Financial Officer of CorMedica Corporation and as an Interim Chief Financial Officer for The Paragon Gifts Holdings, Inc. He has over 27 years of senior level experience at Ernst & Young, where he was Managing Partner of its Providence, Rhode Island Office for 11 years and worked in its Paris, France Office for 5 years.
Mr. Schult received an AB degree in Economics from Williams College and an MBA in Finance from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant.
