Mr. Andrew Bloom is a Director & General Counsel at Hudson Realty Capital LLC.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2006, he practiced at Sidley Austin LLP, where he represented private equity funds, REITs, developers and lenders on acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures and loan originations.
While at Sidley, Mr. Bloom was also seconded to the Real Estate Finance & Securitization Group at Credit Suisse.
Mr. Bloom received his JD from Fordham University School of Law and his BA with honors, from the University of Albany.
