Prior to joining Prairie Capital in 2005, Mr. Wadhwa was an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co., focusing on mergers and acquisitions advisory and debt and equity financing services for clients in the Industrials & Natural Resources group.
Previously, Mr. Wadhwa spent two years with Lehman Brothers as an Analyst in the Global Natural Resources Group.
Mr. Wadhwa graduated from Northwestern University with a BA in Economics.
