Stephen L.
Baum served as Chairman and CEO of Sempra from 2000 to 2006.
Prior to that, he was Chairman, President, and CEO of Pacific Enterprises, Inc. and Chairman and CEO of Enova Corp.
Baum also served as an Independent Director for Computer Sciences Corp.
from 2011 to 2013 and for TransAlta Corp.
from 2008 to 2012.
He was a Director for Enterprise Products Partners LP and Enterprise Products GP LLC in 2006.
Baum began his career as an Associate at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP and later became Senior Vice President and General Counsel for the New York Power Authority.
He received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University and his graduate degree from the University of Virginia.
