Mr. John R.

He has also served as Chief Product Officer and Deputy COO.
Mr. Kushel was previously employed as a Deputy Chief Operating Officer by BlackRock International Ltd., a Head of International Businesses by BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Ltd., and an Associate by Prudential Securities.
He also served on the board at Nomura Blackrock Asset Management Co., Ltd.

Mr. Kushel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
