Michael Fleischer

Michael Fleischer has been President and a Director of Bogen Communications International, Inc. since 1997.
He is a Director of Bennett Environmental, Inc. From November 2003 to June 2004, Mr. Fleischer served in the US Department of Defense, including as Deputy Director and Director of the Office of Private Sector Development at the Coalition Provisional Authority.
Previously, he served as a Director of Alliant Techsystems, Inc. From 1991 to 1997, Mr. Fleischer was President of Ekco/Glaco Ltd. He is President of Active Management Group, Inc., which he co-founded in 1990.
From 1985 to 1990, Mr. Fleischer was a consultant of McKinsey & Co., Inc. He served as a US Foreign Service Officer from 1979 to 1983.
He received an MBA from the Harvard Business School in 1985 and a BA from Colgate University in 1978.
