Edward Bowles

Edward Bowles is President & Chief Operating Officer of OFI Income Fund.
Prior to joining OFI, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of PCL Packaging, Oakville, Ontario.
Mr. Bowles was the President and Chief Executive Officer for FLEXIA Corporation.
Previously, he served as the Western Region Manager for Amcor-Twinpak, in Vancouver.
His initial management roles included positions with Canadian Forest Products in Prince George, BC, and Portco Corporation.
Mr. Bowles holds Higher National Certificate in chemistry from the Royal Institute of Chemistry UK.
