Cynthia J.
Ladd held several positions in different firms throughout her career.
She started as an Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati Foundation in 1984 and later worked as an Associate at DLA Piper LLP (United States) from 1986 to 1989.
From 1989 to 2000, she worked at Genentech, Inc. as the Chief Corporate Counsel & VP-Corporate Law.
She then worked as a Senior Vice President at Pharmacyclics LLC from 2000 to 2003 and later became the President & Chief Executive Officer at AGY Therapeutics, Inc. from 2003 to 2005.
She also worked as a Principal at Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich LLP.
From 2015 to 2018, she was the Senior Vice President & General Counsel at CytomX Therapeutics, Inc. Ms. Ladd's most recent position was as the General Counsel at MyoKardia, Inc. from 2018 to 2021.
Ms. Ladd received her undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University in 1977, her graduate degree from Cornell University in 1980, and her graduate degree from Stanford Law School in 1984.
