Baruch Z. Halberstam

Mr. Baruch Z.
Halberstam is a Chief Operating Officer at Rosemawr Management LLC.
He joined Rosemawr in December 2008.
Prior to this, Mr. Halberstam was the founder of Rudnik Capital, LLC, a firm focused on providing strategic advisory services to emerging companies.
He previously served as the Chief Operating Officer for Idesco Corp.
Mr. Halberstam joined Idesco after serving as Senior Advisor to Quest Software, a company he joined when Quest acquired Discus Data Solutions, where he served as the Chief Executive Officer.
Previously, Mr. Halberstam practiced corporate and securities law at Anderson Kill and Olick, P.C.
He graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Economics, from Queens College of the City University of New York, and earned a J.D.
from the Cardozo School of Law, where he was a Jacob Burns Scholar.
